LJINCC Scripps Proteomics Core (Title)

The Core Facility is available to all users of La Jolla Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Center Core (LJINCC).

We provide proteomics services in the following areas to help understand neurobiology oriented problems:

1. Large scale protein identifications using MudPIT

2. Protein differential expression analysis using single phase LC/MSMS or MudPIT

    A. Label-free

    B. Stable isotope metabolic labeling

    C. Chemical isobaric labeling

3. Posttranslational modification analysis (PTM)

    A. PTM using CID

    B. PTM using ETD

4. Targeted quantitative analysis using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM)

5. Intact protein analysis
