Charge Prediction Machine.

This software is part of the PatternLab for proteomics project.  You can download it at:
http://pcarvalho.com/patternlab/downloads/windows/cpm/

You will need IE 7.0 or latter and Windows XP SP2 or latter.

It requires .NET 3.5.  What this means is that if your computer is not updated, the program will update it for you
directly from Microsoft's website.  This update can take somewhere from 5 to 15 minutes.
